gridgen

Installation

gridloc is pure python, so it can be installed on every platform if you have the correct dependencies. Make sure if you have at least python 3.6 installed. Then you can install it, by typing:

git clone https://github.com/gpiantoni/gridgen.git
cd gridgen
pip install -e gridgen

Dependencies

Required dependecies are:

• numpy
• scipy
• nibabel (to load the surfaces and nifti files)
• plotly (to plot data)
• wonambi (to load and analyze the ECoG data)
